How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy:

Once your order has been processed (2-5 business days), we cannot cancel it. However, you can return items within 60 days of delivery according to our Return Policy.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (UK). We are considering expanding to additional countries in the future. Please check back for updates.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the product price for all orders to the United Kingdom. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout for UK deliveries.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing Time: 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after processing
Total Time: 7-12 business days from order placement to delivery

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors such as carrier performance or customs clearance.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Link to track your shipment online

Tracking information is typically available within 24-48 hours after your order is shipped.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your package does not arrive within the estimated 7-12 business days, please contact us immediately at support@zannolli.com. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue. If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@zannolli.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Description of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Are there any customs fees or import duties?

Products are shipped from international locations and may be subject to UK customs processing. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on the value and nature of the goods. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by UK customs authorities.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@zannolli.com within 60 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business hours and provide a return authorization number and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided using a service with tracking

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Inspection: 5 business days after we receive the return
  • Refund Processing: 30 days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days (varies by bank)

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items cannot be returned unless defective or unopened:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Intimate apparel and undergarments (unless unopened in original packaging)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase

Who pays for return shipping?

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A £5.50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions: We cover return shipping costs if the item is defective or we sent you the wrong item.

Can I exchange an item?

We offer exchanges for incorrect or defective items only. For size exchanges or if you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and delivery.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specified and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.

What if a product is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, it will be marked as "Sold Out" on the product page. You can sign up for email notifications to be alerted when the item is back in stock (if available).

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not currently offer gift wrapping services. However, all items are packaged securely for safe delivery.
