PAYMENT PROCESSING
When Will My Payment Be Charged?
Your payment method will be charged immediately when you complete your order at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email with your receipt and order details.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout
- Your order number for tracking and reference
- A receipt showing the items purchased and total amount charged
- Estimated delivery timeframe (7-12 business days)
Payment Authorization
When you place an order, we may authorize your payment method to verify that funds are available. This authorization may appear as a pending charge on your account. The funds will be captured once your order is confirmed and processed (typically within 2-5 business days).
CURRENCY
All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. If you are paying with a payment method in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. PRICING AND PAYMENT ERRORS
Pricing Errors
While we strive to provide accurate pricing information, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment method has been charged.
If your order is cancelled due to a pricing error, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Payment Declined
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Common reasons for payment declines include:

REFUNDS
Refund Processing
If you return a product or your order is cancelled, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days after we receive and approve your return.
Refund Timeline by Payment Method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 30 days from approval, plus 3-5 business days for your bank to process
- PayPal: 30 days from approval, refund appears immediately in your PayPal account
- Apple Pay / Google Pay: 30 days from approval, plus 3-5 business days for bank processing
- Shop Pay: 30 days from approval, refund appears in your Shop Pay account
A £5.50 processing fee will be deducted from your refund (except for defective or incorrect items).

DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
Using Discount Codes
